At Lyrebird Health, our goal is to automate all of the non-patient facing work, so you can focus on the patient. With this in mind, we are really proud to announce the following updates that will be coming out in the next few weeks.

^{1. Send Patient Letters Directly From Lyrebird}

We understand how important it is to keep your patients informed and up to date about their current condition and future actions they may have to take. Whilst the patient letter has been great initially, there was previously no way to send this letter to your patients.

When you now generate a patient letter, you will also have the option to send it directly to your patient via email. Once you click share to patient, Lyrebird will generate a password-protected PDF using the patients DOB, and attach it to an email that will be sent directly to the patient.

^{2. Saving Dictation Audio}

After speaking with many of you, we realised that you needed the ability to listen back to the audio after completing a dictation. Previously, Lyrebird would only generate the output from dictations and not save the audio. Enabling this feature in Lyrebird allows you and your admin staff to playback and listen to saved dictations. You can enable this in your profile.

Next time you navigate to the dictation page, you will be asked if you want Lyrebird to store your dictations. If you click yes, you will be able to access the audio of the dictation in history under the patients name.

^{3. Select Different Note Structures}

You can now select different note structures directly from consult page. You can change note structure before a consult or during a consult to ensure that Lyrebird reflects the exact structure that you want.

Over the next few months, you will see new note structures being released to you as we work hard to perfect them.
