Welcome to 2024 from the Lyrebird Team!

This year we have some incredible features in the pipeline and we can’t wait to share all of them with you as they are released. The first of those features to be released is organisation support.

^{Organisation Support}

You can now create and join organisations in Lyrebird with just a few clicks. Organisations enable you to invite your fellow clinicians onto the platform as well as practice managers, receptionists, nurses and clinic owners and use Lyrebird together.

Inside organisations, admin accounts can control the access of organisation members. Admins can also update member roles inside the organisation, reject or accept their request to join and remove members from the organisation as well.

We have now made it easier than ever to invite your colleagues onto Lyrebird; simply send the link inside your organisation and recipients will be onboarded onto Lyrebird in seconds and will have automatic access to the organisation as well.

To get started with organisations, click on the top right of your screen on your account and click create or join organisation. You will see this popup and be prompted to request to join an organisation or you can create your own by clicking create an organisation below.

Role based views

Receptionists, Practice Managers and Clinic Owners will be able to access (upon approval) all the notes and documents generated for the clinicians in their organisation. These roles can edit existing notes, dictations and documents and format them into letters or emails on behalf of their clinicians.

Organisation templates

Chatting to all of you, it is clear that many organisations have set ways of completing documentation. We are enabling organisation templates so that if you have a fantastic document you want to share with your colleagues you can easily do so with the click of a button.
